Jeff Bartlett is the Director of Capital Projects at Holy Cross Health, Inc where he oversees capital planning, design, and construction for a multi-hospital mission-driven healthcare system in Montgomery County, Maryland. In this role, he manages the successful delivery and expansion of a $200M Master Facility Plan. Before Holy Cross, Jeff has held similar roles for other healthcare institutions, including Adventist Healthcare and Children’s National Hospital. Prior to specializing in the healthcare sector, Jeff served as the Director of Construction for Seefried Properties, a commercial real estate developer, and as a Project Manager at Clark Construction. A graduate of Bucknell University, Jeff has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, holds several industry accreditations, and sits on the board of the DC/Baltimore chapter of Association of Medical Facility Professionals.
Richard Krumenacker is VHC Health’s Vice President for Facilities, Construction, and Health System Services. Mr. Krumenacker is responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and staffing of VHC Health’s facilities and systems, including its engineering, communications, food service, environmental service, conference center, and security departments. He is also responsible for VHC Health’s supply chain management. Mr. Krumenacker joined VHC Health as a Construction Project Manager in 2016. Because of his expertise and expanded responsibilities, he was named Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning and Construction in 2020 and Vice President in 2021. Mr. Krumenacker is leading VHC Health through a $300 million campus expansion, including construction on a 260,000 square foot outpatient pavilion, a 1,750 spot parking structure, and 88 new inpatient beds. Before joining VHC Health, Mr. Krumenacker held various positions in the Arlington County Government where he oversaw an annual capital improvements construction program exceeding $55 million. Mr. Krumenacker holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
